How to Perform
- Sit on the floor with your legs spread in a wide V-shape and your knees fully extended.
- Place your hands flat on the ground between your legs, slightly forward of your hips.
- Engage your core and press your palms firmly into the floor to lock out your elbows.
- Depress your shoulder blades to lift your hips off the ground while maintaining a wide leg position.
- Contract your quadriceps and hip flexors to lift your feet away from the floor.
