How to Perform

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs spread in a wide V-shape and your knees fully extended.
  2. Place your hands flat on the ground between your legs, slightly forward of your hips.
  3. Engage your core and press your palms firmly into the floor to lock out your elbows.
  4. Depress your shoulder blades to lift your hips off the ground while maintaining a wide leg position.
  5. Contract your quadriceps and hip flexors to lift your feet away from the floor.
  6. Hold this suspended position with a flat back and active tension throughout the entire body.
