Remo Maquina Agarre Estrecho Supino Guide

Master the seated machine row with a close supinated grip to build back thickness and bicep strength with our technical guide.

How to Perform

  1. Sit on the machine with your chest firmly against the support pad and feet flat on the floor or footrests.
  2. Grip the handles with your palms facing upward in a narrow, supinated position.
  3. Pull the handles toward your lower ribcage while keeping your elbows tucked close to your sides.
  4. Retract your shoulder blades at the peak of the movement to maximize muscle contraction.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position without letting the weight stack touch.

Common Mistakes

  • Flaring the elbows out away from the body
  • Rounding the upper back instead of keeping a tall posture
  • Using momentum or leaning back to pull the weight
