How to Perform

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
  2. Drop into a squat position and place your hands firmly on the floor in front of you.
  3. Kick both feet back simultaneously to land in a high plank position with a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Jump both feet forward to return to the squat position with your hands still on the floor.
  5. Stand up explosively to return to the starting position.

Common Mistakes

  • Allowing the lower back to sag toward the floor during the plank phase.
  • Landing on the balls of the feet during the jump-in rather than flat-footed.
  • Bending the arms and turning the movement into a partial push-up.
