Meditación Guiada o Libre: Recovery Exercise Guide
Enhance your recovery and mental focus with our guide on guided and free meditation techniques. No equipment needed for this CNS-strengthening practice.
How to Perform
- Find a quiet environment and sit or lie down in a position that allows your spine to remain neutral and relaxed.
- Close your eyes and take three deep diaphragmatic breaths to signal to your nervous system that it is time to downshift.
- Choose between a guided audio track or a free session where you focus solely on the rhythm of your natural breathing.
- Observe any thoughts or physical sensations that arise without passing judgment or attempting to change them.
- Gently redirect your focus back to your breath or the guide's voice whenever your mind begins to wander.
- Conclude the session by slowly wiggling your fingers and toes before opening your eyes to reorient to your surroundings.
Common Mistakes
- Attempting to force a quiet mind instead of observing thoughts
- Choosing an uncomfortable posture that causes physical distraction
- Holding the breath or forcing an unnatural breathing pattern
