Meditación Guiada o Libre: Recovery Exercise Guide

Enhance your recovery and mental focus with our guide on guided and free meditation techniques. No equipment needed for this CNS-strengthening practice.

How to Perform

  1. Find a quiet environment and sit or lie down in a position that allows your spine to remain neutral and relaxed.
  2. Close your eyes and take three deep diaphragmatic breaths to signal to your nervous system that it is time to downshift.
  3. Choose between a guided audio track or a free session where you focus solely on the rhythm of your natural breathing.
  4. Observe any thoughts or physical sensations that arise without passing judgment or attempting to change them.
  5. Gently redirect your focus back to your breath or the guide's voice whenever your mind begins to wander.
  6. Conclude the session by slowly wiggling your fingers and toes before opening your eyes to reorient to your surroundings.

Common Mistakes

  • Attempting to force a quiet mind instead of observing thoughts
  • Choosing an uncomfortable posture that causes physical distraction
  • Holding the breath or forcing an unnatural breathing pattern
