How to Move: Remada Unilateral no Cabo Guide
Learn how to perform the single-arm cable row with perfect form to build back thickness, improve posture, and balance strength.
How to Perform
- Position the cable pulley at chest height and attach a single D-handle grip.
- Stand facing the machine and grab the handle with one hand using a neutral grip while stepping back to create tension.
- Adopt a staggered stance with the leg opposite to your pulling arm forward to provide a stable base.
- Pull the handle toward your waist by driving your elbow back while keeping your torso square and stationary.
- Squeeze your shoulder blade toward the center of your back at the peak of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position while resisting the weight to maintain control.
- Complete the desired repetitions then repeat the process on the opposite side.
Common Mistakes
- Rotating the torso to pull the weight further back
- Using momentum by rocking the upper body
- Allowing the shoulder to shrug upward toward the ear
