How to Perform
- Position a barbell across your upper traps and stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Take a controlled step backward with one leg while keeping your torso upright and your core engaged.
- Lower your hips until your back knee is just above the floor and your front thigh is parallel to the ground.
- Keep your front knee aligned over your ankle without letting it cave inward.
- Drive through the midfoot of your front leg to return to the starting standing position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side or alternate legs as preferred.
