Kinect offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Kinect Pro subscriptions. Request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund

- Email contact@getkinect.app and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days.
